The Mitel OpenScape Desk Phone CP410 extends greater flexibility and customisation options and can be enhanced further via the new CP key modules.

It is wall-mountable and features the same Gigabit LAN connectivity, USB connector, W-LAN USB stick support, headset connector, five-line adjustable TFT display, and five freely programmable keys (with three-color LEDs).

Like the range topping CP710, the CP410 supports expansion through the KM410 or KM710 key modules (up to four may be connected concurrently) which makes it highly capable of demanding multi-line applications.

The USB port provides connectivity for the CP10 Wi-Fi USB Stick and a potential interface for other headsets and devices.

Current tried and tested SIP and HFA device software is used as a base for the new device providing peace of mind.
